  Update as of 1107 thank you show pony for sending the incorrect hair and only one packet. You people really need to pull your head out of your ass! Just because you have replace the hair and not get paid for it doesn't mean it's ok for you to muck around like a bunch of monkeys

  Show pony admitted they had a faulty batch so when we approached them about getting a replacement we never new the B.S that was about to come. We told show pony about the hair a month ago. After several messsages, emails and phone calls they finally replied and claimed they sent the hair. Appointments were made and we waited. A week after they were supposed to arrive and I was about to drive to my appointment we saw there was still no hair !?!!?. The salon chased them up constantly and they kept claiming that the sent it only for the salon to receive an email advising it was only dispatched that day !!!!!!!! Show pony you are a disgrace you sold a faulty batch and instead of taking weeks and weeks to send it you should've been quick to fix your stuff up. That's how you keep your clients! Now I'm scrambling to get appointments and you just cost the salon money as they could've had someone else's hair to work on rather than having a gap in their appointment book.
